Suprise!

We are happy to announce that we were able to invite the whis wonderful lady from Melbourne, Australia to teach the 10th (!!!) workshop at this year's improvisation festival! Patti Stiles is going to work on Active vs. Passive with her workshop participants. Everyone who suffered from waiting for the missing email and therefore was too late registering as well as everyone else who was just too late for other reasons now gets another chance to particpate in the festival. We run a lottery at the end of the week with all application forms who haven't been successful so far.

Love your mistakes...

That's what is happening: We already have given workshop spots to the first minute applicants Monday evening and night and stopped after filling about 80 workshop spots.

Unfortunately we then found out that some people haven't received our email. We are very sorry about that and we aware of the fact that there is a big disadvantage for those waiting for the email to apply for the festival. That's why we have been thinking about a possibility to deal fairly with the situation. As improvisers we also see chances in our mistakes, so that is our plan:

We will organize an ADDITIONAL WORKSHOP at the festival!!! These workshop spots as well as all the spots that aren't filled yet will be given via lottery to everyone who registered too late.

We are trying to set up the additional workshop as fast as possible and we will let you know which one this will be, for what level etc. Probably it will take us a couple of days until everything is organized. So please be patient... and excited, because there will be one more workshop happen... and it will make you go crazy! (We hope.)

The registration starts NOW!!!!

Attention! The code to validate your registration is blacklist12. We are excited and wish you good luck that you will get a workshop spot!

Don't go crazy!

Our workshops are online!
The application form is online!
On the 30th of April you will get the application code to put onto your application form to make it valid and then to send it to us.
Ohhhh, we are CRAZY excited to see you all again!!!

The Countdown has started: Workshop-Registration 2012

Soon the registration for the NINE (!) festival-workshops will start again.

FIRST STEP: On April 17th we upload this year's workshops - which will be very international again - onto our festival-website. Everyone can gain an overview and also already download the application form at this time. Everyone who is in our mailing list will be getting the workshop program and the application form via email as well. But at this time you MUST NOT send us your registration form already!

STEP 2: The registration process will only start on Monday, April 30th! At 7 P.M. we will send an email to our mailing list with the registration code which you can put into a box on your registration form. This code will be announced at the same time on the festival website and on facebook. As the server has broken down last year we would like you to make sure - before April 17th - that your email address is in our mailing list and if not to register here to get the newsletter. If you have put the code in your registration form - and only then - the registration is valid. You can send it to us via email or fax.

STEP 3: According to when the form gets in and to your level of experience we will assign you to a workshop. Then we will confirm your workshop spot via email. Only after that you can transfer the workshop fee to confirm that you still want the spot. You'll have seven days to do so - if the workshop fee has not been tranferred by then, you will lose your claim on the spot.

It might sound a bit complicated, but we hope that we can make the application process a little less stressfull and more fair.

We're looking forward to all of you and we hope that you'll like the workshops as much as we do and press our thumbs for all of you that you get the workshop spot you want...

Our 11th festival is coming...

Our next festival is going to take place from October 22nd till 28th, 2012. We are already planning the workshops for the 11th Würzburger Improtheaterfestival. Soon we will reveal more about this...
